With profound sorrow and deep grief, and with hearts accepting Allah’s will and decree, His Excellency the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, together with all members of the Ministry, extends sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the General Command, the military institution and all its members, as well as to the family and relatives of the nation’s late Major General Fawzi Al-Mansouri, Director of the Military Intelligence Department.
Major General Al-Mansouri passed away following a treacherous terrorist attack that targeted him while he was faithfully and devotedly carrying out his national duty.
As we remember the honorable legacy of the late Major General and the remarkable example he set through his courage and dedication to the stability of the nation, we strongly condemn this cowardly terrorist act and affirm our confidence that justice will ultimately reach those responsible.
We pray to Almighty Allah to shower the deceased with His boundless mercy, grant him a place in His spacious Paradise among the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous, and grant his family, relatives, and colleagues patience and comfort.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return.
