Discussing the Preparations of Intermediate Technical Institutes for the New Academic Year

As part of the preparations for the start of the new academic year, the Director of the Office held his first meeting for the new academic year on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the Future Doctors Institute, in the presence of the heads of the following departments:

• Head of the Private Institutes Affairs Department.
• Head of the Examinations Department.
• Head of the Guidance and Counseling Department.

The meeting was also attended by the directors of the accredited private institutes affiliated with the Office, namely:

• Director of the Future Doctors Institute.
• Director of the City of Knowledge Institute.
• Director of the Shams Al-Uloom Institute.
• Director of the Shams Al-Uloom Institute – Brega Branch.
• Director of the Future Pioneers Institute.

The Director of Al-Furat Institute was absent from the meeting.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the most significant difficulties and challenges faced by the institutes during the previous academic year and emphasized the need to address and avoid them during the new academic year. The main points highlighted included:

1. The Guidance and Counseling Department should visit all accredited private institutes, monitor the progress of studies in accordance with the approved plan, prepare reports on all visits, and submit them to the Director of the Office.
2. Copies of the academic qualifications of the teaching staff working at the institutes must be submitted.
3. Suitable premises and classrooms must be provided for students to ensure an appropriate educational environment throughout the study period.
4. Textbooks should be collected free of charge from the warehouses affiliated with the Institutes Administration before the beginning of the academic year.
5. Student lists should be submitted during the first week of classes.

The participants also discussed a number of important matters aimed at raising the standard of education and improving the quality of the educational process at intermediate technical institutes.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director of the Office thanked all attendees for their commitment to attending the meeting at the scheduled time. He also extended special thanks to Mr. Jamal, Director of the Future Doctors Institute, for his warm welcome and hospitality.
