As part of the Higher Institute of Science and Technology – Sirte’s celebration of World Information Technology Day, the institute organized a distinguished scientific conference this morning, attended by the institute’s Director General, Mr. Abdullah Mohamed Al-Ghinai, several faculty members, technology enthusiasts, and guests from various sectors.
Opening Session
The conference began with an opening speech delivered by Mr. Salah Hussein Al-Abbani, followed by a welcoming address from Mr. Abdullah Mohamed Al-Ghinai, the Director General of the institute, who emphasized the importance of information technology in developing the educational process and enhancing digital transformation within academic institutions.

Additionally, Mr. Mabrouk Shanbour, coordinator of the tribes of Sirte city, participated with a supportive speech praising the institute’s journey and its contributions to serving the community.
