As part of the Ministry’s ongoing plans to enhance digital transformation and strengthen the governance of administrative work, His Excellency the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, Dr. Faraj Khalil Salem, held a meeting with the members of the Committee for the Development and Modernization of the Ministry’s electronic systems and websites.
The committee members participating in the meeting were:
- Mr. Khaled Dou — Director of the Inspection and Follow-up Department.
- Eng. Mohamed Saleh Al-Majbri — Director of the Documentation and Information Department.
- Eng. Mustafa Sati — Director of the Media and Communication Office.
- Mr. Walid Al-Tshani — Official Responsible for the Ministry’s Websites.
During the meeting, the unified archiving system of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education was presented. His Excellency the Minister reviewed the details of the system and its operating mechanisms, which aim to standardize data storage and documentation, facilitate document retrieval, and improve the efficiency and speed of administrative processes across the Ministry’s various departments and offices.
His Excellency commended the efforts made by the committee, emphasizing the need to begin the actual implementation of the system and ensure its adoption as a key step in the Ministry’s comprehensive modernization of its technological infrastructure.
