His Excellency the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, Dr. Faraj Khalil Salem, held an expanded meeting with the Director of the Postgraduate Studies Department, Dr. Mohammed Al-Dulaimi, to discuss a number of key issues related to the development of the technical higher education sector.
The meeting addressed ways to activate and further develop the academic programs associated with postgraduate studies agreements signed with several institutions, with the aim of enhancing the quality of technical education outcomes and providing advanced opportunities for researchers and students. The meeting also reviewed the ongoing preparations and arrangements for the annual “Scientific Excellence Day,” organized and supervised by the Ministry to honor outstanding and distinguished individuals.
The meeting resulted in a number of practical outcomes, most notably the commencement of implementing specialized programs and initiatives related to “Scientific Excellence Day” in the coming days, as part of the Ministry’s commitment to supporting and encouraging scientific and technical competencies across Libya.
